Jessica Garson Beauchemin is a Developer Relations leader, creative technologist, artist, and musician based in New York City.

Developer Relations Leadership

I have led community and developer engagement programs as a Senior Developer Advocate at Twitter and Elastic, including a developer trust-building initiative at Twitter and one of Elastic's most active NYC meetup communities.

My leadership centers on developer trust, scalable education programs, and strong product alignment. I build repeatable systems that help teams gather developer feedback, translate it into roadmap priorities, and launch with the documentation, advocacy, and community support needed for real adoption.

Creative Coding

Since 2017, I have been active in NYC's creative coding and live coding scenes, exploring sound, code, and performance as forms of storytelling and emotional expression.

Under the name Messica Arson, I create live-coded noise music and visuals with modular synthesizers and voice samples. I have performed across North America, Europe, and Asia, and I am currently developing new work with the band Comforters and the collective Visceral Realists.

Community Highlights

I organize RAID NYC and contribute to LivecodeNYC, building spaces at the intersection of tech, design, and creativity. I also speak regularly at conferences such as DevRelCon, All Things Open, PyCon, Write the Docs, PyOhio, and Developer Relations Summit.

Across Python, JavaScript, DevOps, and creative coding communities, I use a storytelling-first approach to make complex systems feel understandable, memorable, and useful.
